The DPI701-USB-R/N by Newport is a 1/8 DIN Panel Meter designed with a graphical backlit dot matrix display that offers versatile presentation options, including line graph charting, horizontal bar graph, and digital formats. A notable feature of this meter is its substantial internal memory, capable of storing up to 85,000 input data points. Each data point is accompanied by a precise date and time stamp. Data recorded on the display can be conveniently reviewed on-screen or efficiently downloaded to a computer via either a USB or RS-232 serial connection. The DPI701-USB-R/N, as it accommodates a variety of input types, including Thermocouple inputs, 2 or 3 wire RTD, and process voltage or current inputs. Furthermore, this meter is equipped with an isolated 24 VDC excitation voltage output, which effectively powers external transmitters to ensure accurate measurements. This meter integrates two relay contact closure outputs, enabling controlled responses based on specific conditions.
