Terms & Conditions

Before using Optoanalysis.com ("the Site") managed by OptoAnalysis, please read these terms and conditions ("Agreement," "Terms and Conditions") carefully ("us", "we", or "our"). The terms and conditions in this Agreement govern your use of the website located at https://Optoanalysis.com.

You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions if you use or use the Site in any way, including but not limited to viewing, browsing, or adding content or other items. In this Agreement, capitalized terms have definitions.

Product Warranty

Our 3-year warranty is included with all new goods. Our 2-year warranty applies to all refurbished goods. A 1-year warranty is offered on repaired goods. All warranties are provided by OptoAnalysis, not the company that made the product, and onlyOptoAnalysis will uphold them.

Return Policy

A full refund may be given if the product is discovered to be defective within 60 days of the invoice date. The OptoAnalysis Warranty specifies what should be done if a product is discovered to be defective via regular use and wear after 60 days but within the 2 year or 3 year term for new items. OptoAnalysis maintains the right to choose between a refund, a repair, or a replacement with an identical product after the initial 60-day window. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items or part numbers that were ordered wrongly due to the enormous amount of shipments we receive and send out every day. A restocking fee will apply if a special exemption is accepted. For any questions or concerns please contact us at [email protected].
