The INFT-0000-KF by Newport is an INFINITY Temperature Meter, designed to accommodate many thermocouple calibrations, including all nine standard thermocouple types, 100 ohm Pt, or 10 ohm Copper RTDS. This meter also offers flexible compatibility with 2, 3, or 4-wire configurations. This meter has an input range spanning from 0.6 to 6000 ohms and a microprocessor that leverages the complete NIST calibration tables, enhanced by a unique linearization method. The interface allows for user-friendly operation provided by five front panel buttons or it can be controlled through RS-232 or RS-485 communication interfaces, which are completely optional based on the application. Additionally, users can enable analog and BCD outputs, as well as relay outputs, to suit their specific measurement and control requirements. The INFT-0000-KF also features peak & valley detection and memory, the ability to produce 12 readings per second, and a non-volatile memory that does not need a back-up battery.
