The Q9000-P by Newport is a 1/8 DIN Process Digital Panel Meter designed to deliver precise measurement capabilities within industrial and process control applications. This meter system consists of a main assembly, a signal conditioner, and versatile interface options. The main features two essential components: the main board and the display board, connected at a 90-degree angle. The main board provides secure mounting points for connectors, critical circuit components, and a dependable power supply. These elements accommodate seamless integration of the signal conditioner, optional controller/communications interface card, and an optional analog card. The installation of these optional components necessitates the removal of a bypass push-on jumper, ensuring compatibility and adaptability to specific application requirements. The display board of the Q9000-P is equally integral to its operation. This component encompasses key features such as the LED display, the analog-to-digital converter, and a conveniently placed push-on jumper for programming decimal points. Moreover, the main board connector offers an additional dimension of flexibility by facilitating decimal point programming.
