The i833 by Newport is a 1/8 DIN Digital Panel Meter that features a color changing display that can be programmed to switch between GREEN, AMBER, and RED, as well as large digits. This meter is extremely accurate with no output or dual outputs for alarming or controlling functions. However, the user can program this meter for those functions with ease with a simple on/off to full autotune PID with a choice of analog outputs, DC pulse, solid state relays, and form C SPDT relays. This meter is optimized to measure inputs from load cells, pressure transducers, and most any strain gage sensor as well as current and process voltage ranges. Additionally, the i833 features built-in excitation, 24 VDC at 25 mA, as well as a wide choice of signal inputs, making it ideal for measuring or controlling temperature with a 4 to 20 mA, RTD, or thermocouple transmitter.
