The 462-XYZ-SD boasts superior linear travel capabilities, with a range of 1.0 inch (25.4 mm), and angular deviation better than 100 μrad around any axis.

The 462-XYZ-SD’s precision-manufactured bearing reference surfaces and crossed-roller bearings contribute to this exceptional performance. One notable feature of the 462-XYZ-SD is its specially designed actuator mounting blocks, facilitating quick and effortless actuator changes across all axes. Moreover, this stage is available in a standard 1-inch (25.4 mm) size and can be configured to be right-handed. To ensure optimum stability, not only is the stage itself constructed from stainless steel, but the angle brackets, actuator mounts, and assembly hardware are also made from this material.
